Joy Pfister is the Director for the South Carolina International Pageants. A former titleholder herself, Joy was crowned Mrs. Virginia International 2008 and selected into the top 10 at Nationals that year.
The 2011 South Carolina International Pageant weekend is planned for March 12th and 13th 2011 in Charlotte, NC.
