A native Nebraskan, Phil is a Vice-President with SunTrust Bank and oversees the sourcing and acquisition of new employees to the company.
He serves as the Executive Director of the Tennessee International Pageants which includes the titles of Teen, Miss and Mrs.
Phil is a certified judge with the Miss America Organization and has judged local, state and national pageants all across the United States.
Phil serves as an Interview Coach to contestants in a number of pageant systems. His clients have competed on the stages of the Miss America Pageant, Miss Teen USA as well as the National American Miss and American Coed Pageants.
