Phaedra
1.Tell us why anyone would want come to your hometown?
“Phaedra Loran” using my first and middle name for a touch of personal elegance.
2.What are the (2) most important things in your closet and why?
I would have loved to attend Princess Diana’s wedding to Prince Charles in 1981. Her wedding gown was stunning and as the owner of a bridal boutique, I have a deep appreciation for exquisite wedding attire.
3.What do you love to cook and why?
A professional steamer from my husband one Christmas. At the time, I didn’t think I needed it since we already had a perfectly good steamer. It was an unexpected gift, but I’m genuinely appreciative and still use it to this day. It’s one of those quirky surprises that turned out to be surprisingly useful!
4.If you had an extra hour each day, what would you do?
I am a thrill seeker who loves skydiving. The exhilaration of jumping out of a plane and free-falling through the sky is one of my favorite adventures.
5.Describe the dirtiest job you have ever had to do?
Even though I am a thrill seeker who loves adventurous activities, I’ll never parasail in Jamaica again. The experience was exhilarating, but the combination of the height and the unpredictable weather made it too nerve-wracking for me to try it a second time.
